High-power industrial and mining lamps refer to waterproof, dust-proof and anti-corrosion, and explosion-proof lamps refer to no sparks. Some explosion-proof lamps include industrial and mining lamps, while industrial and mining lamps do not include explosion-proof lamps. The choice of light source mainly depends on the application: 1. Street lamps are generally metal halide lamps and high pressure sodium lamps. High-frequency switch lamps can choose incandescent lamps and energy-saving high bay lamps. The price of LED is expensive, followed by energy-saving lamps, and incandescent lamps are cheap. 3. Energy-saving lamps are preferred in general office spaces, and LEDs are optional under economic conditions. For tall buildings and chimneys, choose dedicated overhead obstruction lights. 5. When people may encounter all dangerous occasions such as lamps and lanterns, in view of the use of 24V and 36V lamps, the LED effect is the best. For example, the LED explosion-proof aiming light used in the reactor is 36V. 6. Places that require strobe lighting, indoor basketball halls, table tennis halls, etc. cannot use energy-saving lamps. 7. In shopping malls and other occasions where there is a requirement for color rendering index, colored lamps and other lamps that affect color rendering shall not be used (except for special color rendering requirements, such as advertising effects, etc.).
Led Stadium Lights
The high bay lamp adopts special anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion material and silicone sealing ring to meet the protection requirements of lamps. This lamp protects the circuit control board from corrosion with a waterproof and anti-oxidative treatment. Aiming at the problem of weak sealing and heat dissipation of the electric box, the special working circuit of the high bay light reduces the working temperature of the power converter, isolates the strong current protection circuit and the double insulation treatment of the connector to ensure the safety and reliability of the circuit. According to the actual working environment of the high bay lamp, the surface of the lamp protection box is treated with nano-spray, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion to prevent the entry of dust and moisture. High bay lights are generally used in places where industrial lighting is highly corrosive, dusty, and rainy, such as power plants, steel, petrochemicals, ships, venues, parking lots, basements, etc.
