1. Efficiency: LED panel lights and LED modules are manufactured and driven within a specific current range. Depending on their characteristics, LEDs with currents ranging from 350mA to 500mA can be provided. Many systems are driven in the high value region of this current range.
Second, acidic conditions: LEDs are also susceptible to some acidic conditions, such as coastal areas with high salt content, in factories that use chemicals or manufacture products, or in indoor swimming pools. While LEDs are also manufactured for these areas, they must be carefully packaged into fully enclosed enclosures with a high IP rating.
Fourth, mechanical stress: When manufacturing, stacking or simply operating LEDs, mechanical stress will also affect the service life of the LED panel light, and sometimes even completely destroy the LED panel light. Beware of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) as this can cause short but high current pulses that can damage LEDs and LED drivers.
5. Humidity: The performance of LED panel lights also depends on the humidity of the surrounding environment. Because in a humid environment, electronic equipment, metal parts, etc. tend to be damaged quickly and start to rust, so try to keep the LED system away from moisture.
